If Black Money is not eradicated from the country, those who have lost their black money now will find other means to earn 10 times more black money. This is the crucial hour, where new laws need to be brought in to take care of this heinous practice in India.

Our new national party is presenting 18 formulae to ensure that black money is completely removed from our country. If these 18 formulae are implemented by our Government, then it is possible to prevent black money with a 100% success rate. Here are the 18 formulae compiled by our party.

 1. In every village, irrespective of the population there should be a formation of Public Security ommittee. All the economic transactions of the Central and State Governments should be done under the surveillance of these committees. In addition, a particular Committee should hold all the rights for the properties of a particular village.

For example, the committees will take care of the properties, mines, banks, companies/industries, shops, electricity bills, house tax, sales tax, income tax, insurance, GST, professional tax, share market, etc.

2. In town, a Public Security Committee should be established for a population of 2000. The Committee will act exactly the same as in the village and holds the power to take care of the properties of 2000 members under the wing of a Committee.

3. Any contracts – either funded by Central Government or State Government should provide the preliminary rights of the contract to the Committees. Contracts such as roads, bridges, drainages, railway lines, building, metro lines, etc. are done under the supervision of the committees.

4. Any lease agreements – either proposed by Central Government or State Government, the Public Security Committees should be given the preliminary rights to the lease agreements. The lease agreements such as mines, lands, buildings, natural gas resources, etc. are monitored by the committees.

5. A citizen should have only one bank account all over India. He or she should not have a second account anywhere else.

6. The bank account must be provided to the individual in the place where he or she has voting right.

7. The single bank account scheme is applicable to industrialists or those who run several companies. Every transaction – either depositing money or transferring it, should be done from this account only.

8. In every village, irrespective of the population a smart bank should be established. The smart bank should be funded by the Central Government and the administration is taken care of by the unemployed youth of the village. In no condition shall the responsibility of the bank be transferred to a third party.

9. In every town, a smart bank must be built for a population of 2000. As in the case of village smart banks, these too are funded by the Central Government and the administration is taken care of by the unemployed youth of that particular community. In no condition shall the responsibility of the bank be transferred to a third party.

10. Government should not print excess of 2000 INR currency notes.

11. Even if the printing costs are more, currency value of 100, 50, 20, 10, 5, 2 and 1 INR should be printed and made available to the public.

12. Swiping machines should be given to everyone as early as possible.

13. A law must be brought to ensure that every business should provide swiping machines for the convenience of the customers.

14. Chartered Accountants are quintessential to our country. Therefore, it would be wise to appoint a Chartered Accountant for every village. Under the surveillance of these CAs only can any economic transactions of central, state or individual properties shall be done. For example, the committees will take care of the properties, mines, banks, companies/industries, shops, electricity bills, house tax, sales tax, income tax, insurance, GST, professional tax, share market, etc. all these affairs are taken care of the by the CA of a village.

15. In the case of towns, for a population of 2000 members there should be an appointed Chartered Accountant. Under the surveillance of these CAs only can any economic transactions of central, state or individual properties shall be done. For example, the committees will take care of the properties, mines, banks, companies/industries, shops, electricity bills, house tax, sales tax, income tax, insurance, GST, professional tax, share market, etc. all these affairs are taken care of the by the CA of that particular community.

16. New laws should be implemented to make sure that every citizen reveals his or her income to 17. For every village, irrespective of the population an economic system must be maintained. The economic system shall be maintained and monitored by the Central and State Governments.the Government annually.

17. For every village, irrespective of the population an economic system must be maintained. The economic system shall be maintained and monitored by the Central and State Governments.

18. In a town, for a population of 2000 a concentrated economic system must be maintained. The economic system shall be maintained and monitored by the Central and State Governments.
